If you are crazy about street food in Bangkok, here's a new app created by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs to boost tourism. Called "STREET FOOD BANGKOK", its written in both Thai and English and covers street food stalls that serve any of 25 types of dishes that are locally well-known, easily available and more importantly aroi mak mak.
The application is compatible with Android and iOS operating systems, and features menus and GPS locations of recommended street food stalls.
The application works together with Google Maps to navigate users to the street food sellers. Foreign visitors can show the Thai content of the application to taxi drivers to reach desired destinations.
