GO GAGA WITH MOLECULAR INDIAN CUISINE @ GAGGAN

Addy and Mel went over the moon with this Indian gem when they tasted it. Inspired by the amazing diversity of India's regional cuisines and Chef Gaggan Anand's street food memories of his childhood, there are two sampling menus available: Taste of Gaggan (2500++ baht) and Best of Gaggan 4000++ baht).
The restaurant has been ranked #1 on San Pellegrino Asia's 50 best restaurants.
This was what both Mel and Addy had. I counted 16 items in total.
Looking at what Addy snapped of his Best of Gaggan tasting menu, I can truly appreciate what a feast of the senses it must have been:

Please be sure to make a reservation. Mel and I wanted to go there for dinner and we called them three weeks in advance. They were fully booked! Oh well, better luck next time.
