Maybe your online relationship status is, but this fave dish of mine sure isn't.
If you're at a Greyhound restaurant/cafe (my personal fave is the Another Hound branch at Siam Paragon for their super beautiful interiors), do order their complicated noodles. It arrives on a cute serving board, with leaves of lettuce, a most delectable pot of minced pork accompanied by an amazing dip of fish sauce and lime juice. For the noodle, stop looking for oodles as they arrive in tiny squares for you to dress the others in. Do yourself a large one, pop it into your mouth and shudder with ecstasy. Dining etiquette be damned.
