We had such a lovely brunch at Chu Chocolate Bar & Cafe I felt compelled enough to recommend it. It's located on the second floor of the Exchange Tower. Alight at Asok BTS station, exit from the side that has a skybridge leading towards Exchange Tower and away from Terminal 21. Exchange Tower is on the left of the skybridge.
You can have too much Thai food in Bangkok so it's a great break to find a spacious and relaxed cafe that offers many substantial breakfast options, from cheesy tacos to spicy chorizos and egg-white fritattas. They are all reasonably priced from 260 to 300 baht.
My Chorizo Scramble arrived looking exactly like what I saw from their menu and it tasted divine. By the way, they have proclaimed themselves as makers of the best hot chocolate in the city. My cup tasted really good but I'll leave you to decide if they deserve what they claimed.
Chu opens on weekdays at 7.30am and weekends at 9am. It was a weekday morning when we visited but the place was pretty packed by 10am.
